//I’ve just upgraded jiscpress.org to WPMU 2.8.1 beta. It’s plenty stable enough to develop from and uses a new widget framework, among other changes. It’s sync’d with WP 2.8.1 and you can read about changes in WP 2.8 here: http://codex.wordpress.org/Version_2.8 It’s likely that v2.8.x will be around for most if not all of the JISCPress project but we should keep an eye on v2.9 development to ensure that JISCPress remains compatible with changes in core. http://codex.wordpress.org/Version_2.9
